What's the Magnesium for?
First of all, the majority of people on the planet are deficient in Magnesium. Go ahead and look it up. Magnesium is a nutrient that the body needs to stay healthy. Magnesium is important for many processes in the body, including regulating muscle and nerve function, blood sugar levels, and blood pressure and making protein, bone, and DNA.
Our research has found that Transdermal absorption of Magnesium (like, under the armpits) is much more effective than taking a Magnesium Pill. That's why we have it in our Deodorants.
Now. we are not saying give up your Magnesium supplements, but just letting you know that applying our Deodorants under your armpits, will give you a well needed Magnesium boost.

Whats the difference between Organic Deodorants and Conventional Deodorants?
Many mainstream deodorants can actually be antiperspirants as they contain ingredients such as aluminium to help prevent sweating. Sweating is a natural part of releasing bacteria from the body and should not be inhibited. Parabens and Propylene Glycol are found in conventional deodorants, and they can cause allergic reactions.
Organic deodorants differ as they are aluminium-free, instead using antibacterial natural  ingredients to help reduce odour without stopping sweat.
The Essential Oils must be powerful and pure enough to be effective, as they are in the Ultimate Organics product range. Some other brands use cheap Essential Oils, and the scent does not lost long enough.

What's the armpit detox, I hear about?
I hear a lot of people say "natural or organic  deodorant just doesn’t work for me.” What a lot of people don’t realize is that your body goes through a detox phase when you swap out aluminum-laden antiperspirant for a natural deodorant. The truth is, your Organic Deodorant isn’t making you smell worse – the bacterial communities under your arms are changing and it doesn’t happen overnight!
It can take up to 14 days for your body to fully detox from conventional deodorants.

Who is it for?
Anyone who loves having a beautifully scented Deodorant Stick to apply when required. Some people prefer a Deodorant Stick to a Deodorant Roll-on, as they prefer the creamy texture applied with the stick, versus the gel like substance of the roll-on. Everyone from office workers, tradies, politicians, teens, down to gym junkies use a Deodorant Stick.

How does it work?
You simply pop off the cap and gently roll the Deodorant Stick under under the armpit. It's as easy as that. Apply as many times as you require, with the smooth easy application of the creamy texture.

Aren't Organic Products expensive?
Some can be more expensive than conventional products, definitely. But, our Stick comes in a 55 gram bottle size and many of our customers tell us they spend less on organic body care using an assortment of our products, than they did using conventional products. If you find a company that uses the highest quality natural ingredients and sources the purest Essential Oils, your products will last a long time. Ultimate Organics is that company. Remember, a little goes a long way!

Does it really work?
Absolutely it does. The combination of Natural Organic Ingredients and powerful and pure Essential Oils of our Ultimate Organics brand leave you smelling, and feeling fresh for a long, long time. We cannot vouch for the quality of the Natural Ingredients or Essential Oils used by other brands.
Now, if you're a really sweaty person, you may need to reapply throughout the course of the day.
The other main point of difference is that our company is a family owned business, based in the Sunshine Coast of Australia, and all our organic products are handcrafted with love and affection. Over 95% of our ingredients are sourced locally.

Whats the difference between the Deodorant Roll-on and the Deodorant Stick?
The Stick is a creamy formulation which is rubbed under the armpits. Due to the natural ingredients like Organic Shea Butter, and Organic Coconut Oil, the formulation can get a bit more solid through the colder months. Nothing to worry about as the bodys natural heat allows for the creamy texture to come through again, after a little application.
The Roll-On is a Gel like substance which remains consistent the whole time. Some of our customers tell us the aroma from the Deodorant Stick lasts longer than the Deodorant Roll-On, and this makes sense as the cream would last longer than the gel. But other customers swear by the Deodorant Roll-On. It really comes down to personal preference.

Magnesium is a key mineral required by our body for maintaining its overall health. It is one of those essential minerals that assist in calcium absorption by the human body and plays a major role in the creation and strengthening of bones and teeth. In addition to that, it plays a role in more than 300 enzymatic reactions inside the body, including the breakdown of food, synthesis of fatty proteins and acids, and the transfer of nerve impulses.

Beeswax carries antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties that are essential in fighting chapped skin and bacterial infections that tend to affect us most in the dry, winter months. It forms a protective wall by sealing in moisture in our skin without smothering and clogging up the pores.

Aerated Salt (Sodium Bicarbonate)
Aerated Salt (also known as baking soda) is a refined, soluble, white powder used as a leavening agent helping to soften bath water, cleanse in mouth care and absorbent in deodorants. It is able to neutralise acids in sweat, limiting the growth of odour producing bacteria, as well as absorbing moisture.

Arrowroot not only helps to serve as a thickener in deodorant, but it also has the power to help draw out toxins. Since when we sweat we are eliminating toxins, why not help draw them out!?

Essential Oils
Essential oils are also known as volatile oils, ethereal oils, aetherolea, or simply as the oil of the plant from which they were extracted, such as Lavender. An oil is "essential" in the sense that it contains the "essence of" the plant's fragrance—the characteristic fragrance of the plant from which it is derived.

What Are Essential Oils?

Essential oils are derived from the actual plant material, i.e., flowers, leaves, seeds, roots and bark by distillation or with citrus oils by cold expression method.  During inhalation, odour molecules travel through the nose and affect the brain through a variety of receptor sites, one of which is the limbic system, which is commonly referred to as the "emotional brain."

The limbic system is directly connected to those parts of the brain that control heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, memory, stress levels, and hormone balance (Higley & Higley, 1998). This relationship helps explain why smells often trigger emotions. Knowing this, we can assume how inhalation of essential oils can have some very profound physiological and psychological effects!
