Magnesium
Magnesium is a key mineral required by our body for maintaining its overall health. It is one of those essential minerals that assist in calcium absorption by the human body and plays a major role in the creation and strengthening of bones and teeth. In addition to that, it plays a role in more than 300 enzymatic reactions inside the body, including the breakdown of food, synthesis of fatty proteins and acids, and the transfer of nerve impulses.

Shea Butter
Also known as the African karite butter. It is expressed from the pits of the fruit of the African butter tree which grows in Central Africa. Shea butter is beneficial for treating dry skin, blemishes, skin discoloration, scars and wrinkles.

Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is great for the skin. Many people like to use it as a natural moisturizer. Its natural antioxidant properties make it great for stopping wrinkles and skin irritation.

Beeswax
Beeswax carries antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties that are essential in fighting chapped skin and bacterial infections that tend to affect us most in the dry, winter months. It forms a protective wall by sealing in moisture in our skin without smothering and clogging up the pores.

Aerated Salt (Sodium Bicarbonate)
Aerated Salt (also known as baking soda) is a refined, soluble, white powder used as a leavening agent helping to soften bath water, cleanse in mouth care and absorbent in deodorants. It is able to neutralise acids in sweat, limiting the growth of odour producing bacteria, as well as absorbing moisture.

Arrowroot
Arrowroot not only helps to serve as a thickener in deodorant, but it also has the power to help draw out toxins. Since when we sweat we are eliminating toxins, why not help draw them out!?

Essential Oils
Essential oils are also known as volatile oils, ethereal oils, aetherolea, or simply as the oil of the plant from which they were extracted, such as Lavender. An oil is "essential" in the sense that it contains the "essence of" the plant's fragrance—the characteristic fragrance of the plant from which it is derived.
